Duel Mod Suggestions/Fixes

|
|
1. Announce "player1 and player2 are about to duel" in chat box.
2. put the players on teams who are dueling
3. make the winner either not blow up or announce the winner in text on the screen
4. make the option in the escape menu to accept a duel from a list of multiple people if you get more than one challenge
5. spawn points
6. sounds
There may be more in the challenge and accept portion.
