Tongue Tied [:S] VAnilla problems
Reply Quote
been trying out vanilla on RD LadyLAnd.  already seen some major problems.  Seems that when you change a map via the webadmin, it kills antics (doen'st rejoin IRC) and possibly the vanilla mod (maps have vehicles) also.

I still need to test if it happens during in game switch.  Anyone else have problems?

Also curious about conflicts with degrapple?  expected?  not?

map change seems to work ok if done in game as logged-in admin.  But this breakign webadmin is problematic ... most people set and turn on.off password via webadmin.  :/

Pk that has always been a prob. Anytime u make almost any change thru web-admin you lose Antics.I brought this to raphers attention a while ago and he gave me a few useful console commands.

Obviously u need to be logged on as admin then open console...

admin set engine.accesscontrol gamepassword bemlscrim (<---example...put nothing after gamepassword to remove PW)

admin set gameclasses.modectf btournamentmode true (or false to take it out of tourney)

admin set tribesvoting.tribesvotinghandler badminvote true (or false to turn off voting options)

*Note spaces*

I think when u use raphers mods u use rapher.rapher. But ask Da' Man to be sure
