Great work you've done so far rapher, this is one of my favorite gametypes you've created.  Here are some suggestions I have towards the future release of CNH

1. Since the "towers" are spawned at random at the beginning of the map, it will be possible that a team has not only just a majority of the towers on their side of the map, but possibly all.  To counter this, I would like to see a spawn system similar to the team rabbit where you spawn within 100-150 meters of the tower (selecting which tower to spawn at similar to a CTF map with multiple spawn points).

2. The 5 second cap timer is too long, especially when team sizes get to be large.  It becomes nearly impossible to take a point with multiple people defending one objective.  I suggest making the towers switches so it's instant.  if you don't make it an instant switch, please remove the "X team is capturing" and "X is contested" announcer ***.

3. Repair turret repair beam from the tower to slowly heal defenders who are nearby?  This won't really be a good means of keeping healed during a fight, but mainly to regain some health after a fight when respawning isnt an option.

4. No heavies?  if you do follow #1, i suggest you take out heavies as spawning so close in heavy armor would be very imbalanced since you could just spawn and spam mortars to clear.  possibly allow heavy armor if the person runs back to his base to suitup and then has to run back to the tower.

5. Point acceleration.  Either similarly to WoW (arathi basin): when you have all 5 points tapped on your side, points accumulate much faster, or make a tower's points per second increase the longer a team holds that point.  The main strat otherwise would be to give up 2 points to the enemy, hold 2 for yourself and fight over the 5th point all game.

6. almost forgot, make the color of the tower on the minimap/command map coorespond to the team who has control over it.

Thanks Engima. I really appreciate you taking the time to post thoughtful feedback.

I agree, C&H is a rather fun gametype. I'll likely be making a number of enhancements to this game further.

I'll be taking what you suggested into close consideration. I haven't decided on all the details, but I'm sure you'll see some suggestions implemented.
